Says 'Under law One FIR will remain and other will go in Shopian army firing case'

Jammu, Feb 02 (KNS): Peoples Conference MLA from Kupwara Bashir Ahmed Dar while welcoming the government decision on amnesty to first time stone pelters sought the intervention of the Chief Minister for the release of photo journalist Kamran Yousf detained by NIA on charges of illegal funding so that he would get a chance to live a peaceful life.
According to the KNS correspondent, taking part in the debate on the motion of grants for the home and GAD departments portfolios of which are held by the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti herself, the Peoples Conference legislator asked the house not to play politics over the FIRs filed in the Shopian army firing case and said that under law one FIR will remain and the other will go after proper investigation.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Wanting the government to take care of the interests of the students and the traders while giving a chance to one time stone pelters to live a peaceful life, the Peoples Conference MLA Dar said had National Conference in power in alliance with BJP the party now sitting in the opposition won't hesitate from doing what the chief minister has done.
