Srinagar, Sep 29 (KNS): Accusing Jet Airlines for ignoring their plights, the passengers who were travelling from Jammu to Srinagar on Thursday said that the airline authorities failed to board their luggage’s thereby leaving the passengers to suffer.
Imdad Saaqi, a passenger who was travelling from Jammu to Srinagar said that their belongings were not boarded by the authorities and asked them that their luggages will be delivered to their homes.
“All the passengers who were boarding in the airlines have been asked the same.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelWe have been left to face hardships by the airline officials. Following the incident, we tried to approach the higher ups in this regard but unfortunately, they also don’t pay heed over the issue,” he said.
He said that some of the passengers have essential documents, keys of their homes in their luggages but the airline officials left them on god’s mercy. “Strict action should be taken against the officials for their negligence,” he said. (KNS)
