'Shifting Bus stand will benefit all'

Srinagar, Jul 23 (KNS): Traders Federation Parimpora has welcomed the decision of the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir to shift the Batamaloo Bus Stand to Parimpora.
The traders federation told KNS that the decision will benefit the people and passengers in a long way as it will decongest the city and at the same time will expand trade opportunities to people in Parimpora.
The traders said that the shifting of the Bus stand will ease out the the messy traffic jams that happened daily from Parimpora to Batamaloo.
They said that shifting the stand will not snatch business opportunities and livelihood of shopkeepers in Batamaloo as people will be traveling into the city through Batamaloo.
They said that when Bus stand was shifted from Maharaj Gunj to Lalchowk and then to Batamaloo and Panthachowk, that didnot deprive people of earning opportunities and livelihood
"But more shopkeepers, vendors and traders got space and opportunity to earn livelihood," a senior trader of Parimpora told KNS.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
