Srinagar, July 20 (KNS): Pakistan and Kashmir today observed 'Black Day' against the recent unrest in the Valley in which 46 persons were killed and more than 2000 were injured due to forces firing and beatings.
According to reports rallies and functions were held across Pakistan and Azad Kashmir. Special prayers were held for those who lost their lives in the recent unrest in Kashmir.
The Valley remained under curfew for 12 consecutive day today after the killing of young Hizbul Mujahideen commander, Burhan Muzaffar Wani, by forces in Bumdoora village of Kokernag in Anantnag district on July 8 evening.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
Pakistan PM Nawaz Sharif said that India could neither prevent people from thinking nor raising their voices. He has ordered all government officials of Pakistan to wear black armbands as a sign of their solidarity with Kashmiris.
