Srinagar, Jan 11 (KNS): Pakistani Rangers handed over a mentally challenged lady to the Indian Army on Tuesday at Uri, who according to Rangers had crossed the LOC in October last year, SHO police station Uri told KNS.
Station House Officer Gh Mohammad Rather told KNS that, a 50 year old lady, was handed over to the Indian Army and later to police authorities at Uri area 50 km away from north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelHe said that she doesn’t speak native languages of J&K, so it is obvious she is from Bihar or Bengal.
“The Pakistani Rangers have claimed that the lady had crossed Line of Control (LOC) in October 2016, from Uri area,” Rather told KNS.
According to KNS correspondent Nadeem Khawaja, Pak Rangers have bought new clothes for her and handed over with sweets to Indian Army. (KNS)
