Muslim League Jammu Kashmir has said that Pakistan has taken a principled stance vis-a-vis the proposed National Security Advisers meeting. The party said that Pakistan has once again showed that it is incomplete without Kashmir and Islamabad’s just stance has silenced the critics who in order to please their Indian masters always talk rubbish against the land of Dana-e-Raaz (RA) and Qaid-e-Azam (RA).
Muslim League, convened a Majlis-e-Shura meeting presided over by its acting chairman, Mohammad Yousuf Mir. The meeting was convened to discuss the situation arisen after the collapse of talks between India and Pakistan because of the unrealistic approach of New Delhi. It was attended by party office bearers like Abdul Ahad Parra, Feroz Ahmad Khan, Mohammad Rafiq Ganai, Malik Ghulam Nabi, Riyaz Ahmad Shah besides district representatives like Abdul Rashid Dar, Assadullah Parray, Tariq Ahmad Ganai, Mohammad Rafiq Rana, Farooq Gotapuri, Bashir Budgami, Mushtaq Ahmad, Bashir Ahmad and others.
Muslim League leaders while addressing the meeting said unless India breaks the traditional shells of escaping from the realities the impasse for creating conducive environment of a resolution process will remain unrealized.
The Muslim League leaders elaborated that the U turns of India should be brought to notice of the international community so that its hallow claims of democracy are punctured.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
In his presidential address, Mohammad Yousuf Mir said the love for Pakistan among the JK Muslims has a historical back ground. Praising Muslim League’s incarcerated chairman and resistance icon, Masarat Alam’s stance on Pakistan, Mir said that Masarat Alam’s lovers would continue to raise Green flags whenever necessary. He said that Masarat Alam is the practical successor of Qaed-e-Azam who wants a complete merger of Jammu Kashmir into Pakistan.
Muslim League strongly condemned the police action against Tehreek-e-Hurriyat activists and leaders while banning its convention. Muslim League said that Sangh Parivar has practically banned the political activities of pro-freedom parties.
While condemning the police hooliganism, Muslim League said that men in uniform arrested its district president Pulwama Abdul Rashid Dar and Bandipora, Assadullah Parray only for their political activities. Party said that Sangh Parivar thinks that Kashmiri Muslims would give up their demand of freedom however it is an established fact that Kashmiri Muslims would not surrender before Indian oppression and suppression. Muslim League also condemned the arresting of Freedom Party chief, Shabir Ahmad Shah in Delhi. (KNS)
