Jammu, Jan 03 (KNS): Opposition members after creating pandemonium in the assembly over civilian killings in Kashmir staged a walkout but Er Rashid the independent legislator from Langate returned to the house after Speaker started calling for debate on motion of thanks over Governor's address.
Allowing the independent legislator Er Rashid to speak on the civilian killings Er Rashid told the house that normalcy can't be restored till the political parties rise above the levels of ideologies and party affiliations to unite for restoration of peace and resolution of disputes in the state.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelMinutes later CPI (M) Secretary and MLA Kulgam M Y Tarigami also returned to the house to tell Parliamentary Affairs Minister to persuade the opposition to come back to the house.
