Srinagar, May 01 (KNS): Authorities on Wednesday held a meeting with the traders associations in Tangmarg and Gulmarg area of Baramulla district regarding Gulmarg Gandola for starting online ticket selling process.

Managing Director, J&K Cable Car Corporation Limited, Shamim Ahmad Wani told KNS that there were some issues of traders regarding online ticket selling process and that have been resolved.

He said that the reservations they were getting will continue on same pattern, but there was some change on boarding cards for tourists to ensure hassle free movement of tourists.

“The meeting was held for at least one hour during which all the issues were resolved and all of them were satisfied,” Wani said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Meanwhile, guide association member while talking to KNS said that in a meeting with MD, J&K Cable Car Corporation Limited and other top officials today, the issues pertaining to them were resolved.

An association member said that authorities have assured them that their business will not get affected due to online ticket selling process.

However, he said traders have asked authorities to give the assurances in writing following which they promised that they have been told that the assurances to them will be given in writing within two days. (KNS)
