Srinagar, Apr 22 (KNS): One died while two others were injured after a car collided with the army vehicle in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district, an official said.
Sajid Mushtaq, son of Mushtaq Ahmad of Kursoo Rajbagh received severe injuries after an army vehicle collided with an Alto car at Newa area of Pulwama district and was shifted to Srinagar for treatment where he succumbed to his injuries.
An official said that the army driver surrendered before the police along with his vehicle while an FIR has also been registered under number 152/2016 in this regard. “The investigation is going on,” he said.

Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family of the youth from Kursoo Rajbagh, a bank employee who died in the accident, Bukhari prayed for the eternal peace to the departed soul and strength to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
The former minister who is presently on Umrah prayed for speedy recovery of injured persons and urged the administration to facilitate all healthcare facilities to them. (KNS)
