Bandipora, July 01 (KNS): On National Doctors Day Army's 26 Assam Rifles organised a free medical camp at Kehnusa village Bandipora district on Friday to remember the sacrifice of doctors across India and in Jammu & Kashmir during COVID 19.
According to a statement, issued to Kashmir News Service (KNS), the camp was organised to provide assistance to the patients suffering from various health ailments.
The statement reads that the villagers of Kehnusa and adjoining villages got benefitted from the medical Camp as approximately 350 villagers were given free medical assistance and medicines.
It added that the medical team also conducted medical examination and distributed a course of deworming medication to all the villagers.
The villagers appreciated the endeavour of Army and expressed their gratitude to the medical team. (KNS)
