Srinagar, Nov 7 (KNS): In a brazen violation to the standing norms, one of the government departments has allegedly released grade to the retiree officer on his superannuation. However the authorities in the said department rejected the allegations.
According to the official sources, one of the officials retired on Oct and was allegedly gifted with a grade in violation of all norms.
Sources said that it looks surprising that in the absence of prober approval how the grade was released to the officials on his day of superannuation.
Sources further said that the action is not going to benefit the said organization but putting heavy financial burden by releasing incentives and terminal benefits to the retiree.
Sources also said that the releases of grade will not in any manner benefit the organization as the retiree is not going to render any service to the organization.
It is further apprehended that more officers in the said department who are retiring in the month of November and December are being released the grade, sources said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
When contacted the officials in the said department they rejected the allegations. “It is a totally baseless allegation. We never violated government norms. Who so ever has informed you, is wrong,” one of the officials of the said department instead not to be named said. (KNS)
