Now Nizamuddin Khatana, Gulzar Ahmad resign from Azad led DAP

Srinagar, Jan 10 (KNS): Days after several leaders, who had joined Ghulam Nabi Azad’s Democratic Alliance Party joined back the Congress party, two more senior leaders Tuesday resigned.

 
According to details available with Kashmir News Service (KNS), former MLC Nizamuddin Khatana and former vice chairman Gujjar and Bakerwal Board Choudhary Gulzar Ahmad are the latest exits from Ghulam Nabi Azad led DAP.
 
Citing present political developments, Both the leaders have tenders their resignations from party’s basic membership and have submitted the resignations to party high command.
 
“In view of the present political development, I, Choudhary Nizam ud din Khatana Former MLC, hereby tender my resignation from the post of General Secretary of DAP including the basic membership of DAP. This may be regarded as my resignation letter,” reads Khatana’s letter.
 
With the same words, Gulzar too tender his resignation from former chief minister’s party. 
 
“In view of the present Political development, I, Choudhary Gulzar Ahmad former Vice Chairman Guilar and Bakerwal Board hereby tender my resignation from all the posts, including the basic membership of DAP. This may be regarded as my resignation letter,” he wrote. (KNS)
