Kupwara, Aug 29 (KNS): A 40-year-old man was injured in a bear attack in Hajin village of Kralgund-Langate in north Kashmir's Kupwara district on Tuesday.
An official told the Kashmir News Service (KNS), that Javid Ahmed Pir Son of Sanullah Pir of Hajin Kralgund Langate Kupwara sustained injuries after being attacked by a wild bear in his native village.
He said that the injured was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment where his condition is said to be stable.
Earlier in a day, an elderly man was attacked by a wild bear kn Lolab area of the district, the injured is currently being treated at Srinagar hospital.(KNS)
