Srinagar, April 28 (KNS): Nigeen Lake Conservation Organisation president Manzoor Ahmad Wangnoo extended appreciation to vice-chairman of Lakes and Waterways Development Authority for its efforts in transforming Dal Lake and cleansing its much needed interiors.
In a statement, Wangnoo said the before and after cleansing work of Dal Lake shared by LC&MA is a wonderful initiative that serves as a source of inspiration for others to follow.
"It is indeed heartening to see such positive changes being made towards the conservation of our environment. We commend VC LC&MA for its dedication towards making Dal Lake cleaner. This work is a testament to their commitment to preserve natural waterbodies of our surroundings," he said.
