Srinagar, Jan 29 (KNS): A delegation of Mental Health professionals from NIMHANS Bangalore visited Police Drug De-addiction Centre, PCR, Kashmir, yesterday.
The delegation was headed by Dr. Vivek Benegal, Head of De-addiction Services, NIMHANS Bangalore.
