Baramulla December 18 (KNS) : Nehru Yuva Kendra Baramulla, Ministry of Youth Affairs, Government of India, organized a two days Inter Youth Clubs Block Level Sports Tournament, which concluded at Govt Higher Secondary School Dangiwatcha
.
In this tournament, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Tug- of-War, Race and Athletic events were organized among the teams from the blocks.
Sarpanch Panchayat Rawoocha was the chief guest on the occasion, who distributed the prizes among the qualified players.
While speaking on the occasion, the chief guest advised the youth to take part in the game and sports and make contributions to see India on the World Sports Map.
He said NYK is actively involved in channelizing the energy of youth in the right direction, and helping young youth to stay away from drugs.(KNS)
