Srinagar, Jan 01 (KNS): Ahead of PAGD protest, Dr. Farooq Abdullah & Omar Abdullah were placed under house arrest on Saturday morning.

Soon after the arrest NC leader Provincial President Youth Salman Ali Sagar led the protest march along with hundreds of activists against the proposed delimitation commission report.

The leaders were demanding to revise the decisions of the report so that both the regions would be given equal share of assembly seats.

Earlier today, PAGD leaders decided to hold a peaceful protest against the delimitation commission report after which Farooq Abdullah, Omar Abdullah and Mehbooba Mufti were placed under house arrest. (KNS)
