Srinagar 10 February (KNS): Jammu and Kashmir National conference youth leader and DDC member Harwan-3 Constituency of District Srinagar appeals district administration & Jal Shakti Department to restore the water  in khimber (manzpora) mohalla as soon as possible.

Kaiser said that despite there are many springs in my village but still locals here face  water issues .

He appeals Authorities to intervene into it as it is the basic requirement and appeals them to  make it reinstate.(KNS)
