Srinagar, Oct 30 (KNS): National Conference General Secretary Ali Mohammad Sagar Monday extended gratitude to party delegates and other invitees for making the Delegate Session 2017 a resounding success by participating in massive numbers.
In a statement issued to KNS, Sagar said that the way party delegates ensured their presence in the delegate session shows how strong party’s intra democratic structure is. “The re-election of Dr Farooq Abdullah as the party President is the culmination of our internal party elections which started over a year ago. The significant process of elections reflected in the massive and all encompassive participation from the entire three regions of the state to everybody satisfaction. Meanwhile, Provincial President thanked the organizing committees for the successful completion of the session. “The way our parent wing, youth wing, women’s wing coordinated this massive function is an example for others to emulate. I take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of our volunteers who worked day and night to ensure that the session is successful,” Nasir said adding, “I thank the media, both print as well as broadcast, for making it to the venue and giving it the coverage it deserved.” (KNS)
