Banihal, Jul 14 (KNS): Envisioning the crucial role for National Conference in steering the state to peace and development, National Conference leader and district president Ramban, Haji Sajjad Shaheen while addressing a rally held to welcome dozens of Congress and BJP workers in National Conference fold at Senabati, Paristan in Banihal constituency on Sunday said that a realisation has dawned on the people to have a stable government which can address to the multifarious problems effectively and single-mindedly.
“This fact has limited the choice of people to vote and support National Conference that has proven its credentials in most testing times of the history”, he maintained.
Sajjad said a strong mandate to National Conference is imperative for taking bold decisions with regard to development and safeguarding the special status and interests of the state and its people.
While welcoming the new entrants especially youth, into the party fold, Shaheen called upon them to become agents of change and said that the state is going through very difficult times where on one hand, youth of the state are being pushed against the wall and on the other hand, a conspiracy is being hatched to vitiate communal harmony in the state, and it is the youth who have an important and valuable role to play in addressing some of the most significant and interrelated challenges faced by the people.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Shaheen exhorted the people to strengthen hands of Dr Farooq Abdullah and former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah for steering the State to a new era of peace, progress and development.
