Srinagar, Dec 05 (KNS): National Conference on Monday re-elected Dr. Farooq Abdullah as its unopposed president.
The party presidential polls were held today at party head office Nawa-e-Subh in Srinagar and the decision was announced at 117th birth anniversary of Late Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah.
Dr. Farooq had earlier clarified he will not contest the presidential polls, however the delegates across Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh re-elected him again. (KNS)
