NC minority wing pays glowing tributes to Chatti Singhpura martyrs

Srinagar, March 20:(KNS) The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference Minority Wing Organizer Sardar Jagdish Singh Azad on Saturday paid glowing tributes to 35 Sikh brave hearts who were killed in Chatti Singhpura massacre, saying the gruesome massacre still haunts the survivors, kith and kin of those who lost their lives on the dreadful night.

 Azad said the Sikh community is still awaiting justice, saying that the perpetrators should be brought to justice. “The gory incident is still etched in our memories, we will never fail to remember and condemn the gruesome incident. Today on the 21st anniversary of those brave hearts, I pay my earnest homage to them. I also extend my deepest sympathies with the families who lost their beloved ones in the tragic act of barbarism,” he said. (KNS)
