Srinagar,  September 17:(KNS) The J&K National Conference President Dr. Farooq Abdullah, and Vice President Omar Abdullah on Friday condemned the killing of a Railway Protection Force Constable Bantoo Sharma near Wanpoh, Kulgam. 

While condemning the incident, Dr Farooq said, “I condemn the brutal killing of a railway police constable and express heartfelt sympathies with his family and friends. I pray for eternal peace to the departed."

In a tweet while condemning the killing, Omar Abdullah said, “I Unequivocally condemn the militant attack in Kulgam. My heartfelt condolences to the family and colleagues of Constable Bantoo Sharma of Railway Protection Force who was killed in the line of duty. May his soul rest in peace. ,” he said. 

Among others Party General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, South Zone President Dr Bashir Veeri, Ab Majeed Larmi and other party functionaries have also condemned the incident and prayed for strength to bereaved family to bear the loss. (KNS)
