Srinagar, Nov 2 (KNS): Prominent businessman and stalwart of Kashmir’s tourism, Nazir Bakshi, passed away Sunday night in New Delhi, family sources said.
Bakshi, former president of Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry and owner of Shiraz Travels, breathed his last in Delhi last night.
His Namaz-e-Jinaza would be held at Bakhshi Manzil, 4-Sonwarbagh, Srinagar after the Assar prayers, family sources said.

Nazir Bakshi, a stalwart of the Tourism Industry in Kashmir passed away in Delhi earlier tonight. I worked very closely with him for years.
"He was a great salesman & did a lot to rebuild Kashmir as a destination after the turmoil of the past two decades. He will be sorely missed," Omar tweeted. (KNS)
