Ganderbal Nov 27 (KNS): Senior Political Leader and Former MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar on Sunday presided workers meet at Barsoo Block Wakura.
The motto of this meeting was to discuss the issues and concerns of the party workers and how to strengthen the party at grassroots.
The meeting was attended by DDC Wakura Mohd Ashraf Ganie, Sarpanch Association Vice President Pir Mohd Yousuf, Socio-political activists Haji Faiz Ahmad Bhat, Muzaffer Ahmad Barsoo, Ab Khaliq Barsoo, Gh Nabi Barsoo, Mohd Subhan, Snober Khan and large number of workers and PRIs.
On the occasion Sheikh Ishfaq said he is ready to make any sacrifice but would stick to principles.
He said his fight is based on pro-people issues and justice and he had no personal agenda.
While addressing the meeting he asserted that we need to work in our respective blocks to lessen the sufferings of public and provide them the basic facilities.(KNS)
