Srinagar, Mar 01 (KNS): Senior Vice President of Awami National Conference (ANC), Muzaffar Ahmad Shah Friday asked Governor Satya Pal Malik not to misuse his office in absence of legislature in Jammu and Kashmir.
Shah in a statement issued to KNS said "it’s very unfortunate that when we are on the brink of war with Pakistan and it appears that the PM of Pakistan has shown more maturity in defusing this situation that could God forbid trigger a nuclear conflict, that union Govt is tampering with the Jand k provisions of the constitution.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel"
"In the absence of the legislature in J&k right now, the Governor of Jammu and Kashmir is requested / advised not to misuse his office," he said while reacting on Ordinance passed by Government of India yesterday evening. (KNS)
