Muslim Neighbors Perform Last Rites of Kashmiri Pandit of Baramulla

Baramulla 03 (KNS) :The Muslim neighborhood in north Kashmir's Baramulla area helped perform the last rites of Kashmiri Pandit on Sunday.
As soon as the news of the death of 28-year-old Lokesh Bhatt son of Satish Bhatt residents of dewanbagh Baramulla on Sunday spread, members of Muslim community including neighbors came together to help in performing his last rites.
According to KNS correspondent, Muslim neighbors went to Raju Bhat's family and joined the mourning in the true tradition of Hindu-Muslim brotherhood.
Many people visited the home of the deceased to express condolences with the family.
Muslim including Men,women were bid adieu to their neighbor with tearful eyes.
Meanwhile Lokesh Bhatt (Raju)Was Government employee of R&B department and was posted in Baramulla.
Bhatt was injured five months back in a scooty accident at baramulla and he was admitted in SKIMS Srinagar and expired on Saturday and his last rites were performed Sunday at Drangbal in Baramulla district. (KNS).
