Srinagar, Oct 13 (KNS): Expressing deep sorrow and grief over the passing away of Former Law Minister Sheikh Mohd Maqbool, J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) Vice President and MLC Gulam Nabi Monga has described the deceased as an upright personality and lauded the services rendered by him.

He will always be remembered for social services and contributions he made both as Social Activist and Law Minister of the State, Monga added.
