Srinagar, April 30 (KNS) : Extending greetings to the People of Jammu & Kashmir on the eve of Eid ul Fitr, President of All J&k Shia Association and former Minister J&K said that marking the culmination of the Holy Month of Ramadhan, Eid symbolises the spirit of compassion, charity and brotherhood in our lives.
He hoped that the people of Jammu & Kashmir would resolve to work together for peace and development and improve human welfare by strengthening the bonds of harmony in the society. He said that this day is a festival of charity. It is a festival to introspect having deep spiritual significance for all, he added. He prayed for peace, health and happiness for the state.(KNS)
