Modi hell-bent in derailing the peace in the subcontinent: Salahuddin

Pak stand viz-a-viz NSA level talks appreciable’

Stating that the stand adopted by Pakistan’s incumbent government on Kashmir was based on reality and practicality, United Jehad Council chairman Syed Salahuddin has said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was hell-bent in derailing the peace in the subcontinent.
Spokesman of UJC Syed Sadaqat Hussain in an emailed statement received to KNS has said that Salahuddin while speaking at a special convention of UJC has said that the cancellation of NSA level talks of India and Pakistan was a “rational and mature stand” taken by the government of Pakistan. He said that India wants to impose its conditions for any bilateral talks, “in a wishful thinking of imposing its writ in the subcontinent and weakening the resolve of freedom loving people of Kashmir”.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel“But the stand taken by Pakistan government was not only to defeat India’s ill-intentions but also to encourage and strengthen the resolve of freedom loving people of Kashmir and also people of Pakistan. Such a stand is worth appreciable,” said Salahuddin as per the spokesman. He has hoped that Pakistan will continue with the same stand viz-a-viz Kashmir and Kashmir leadership.
UJC chairman also condemned the police action on Tehreek-e-Hurriyat activists in Hyderpora recently. (KNS)
