Srinagar, Apr 14 (KNS): National Conference (NC) on Saturday held peaceful protest at Kalaroose Lolab under the leadership of senior leader and MLA Qaiser Jamsheed Lone, against the civilian killings and horrified rape and murder case of Kathua.
Addressing a protest rally at Kalaroose Lolab of District Kupwara, Lone strongly condemned the BJP-PDP Government, holding it responsible for prevailing worst ever situation in the state of J&K, where people in Government are trying to divide the state on religious and regional lines.
He demanded exemplary punishment to the perpetrators of Kathua murder case. “The Government in order to hide its utter failure at all fronts and betraying the people especially the youth of the State is trying to divert the attention of masses by communalizing the situation,” Lone said.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
While condemning the continued cycle of civilian killings in Kashmir, Lone demanded an end to this bloodshed and emphasized upon Government of India to initiate a sustainable dialogue with all stakeholders, as no issue in the history has been resolved by force and killings, dialogue is the only way for permanent settlement of Kashmir issue and security of peace in the sub continent Lone added.
