Srinagar, Oct 22 (KNS): MLA Shopian Adv. Mohd Yousuf Bhat has strongly condemned the civilian killings in Kulgam and termed the same as cold blooded murder.
Terming it a condemnable act, he said, It is painful to see young boys falling to bullets day in and day out. It is really unfortunate and condemnable how civilians are being targeted with no sense of remorse, which has become a routine now, he added.
He opined that the human life in Kashmir has been devalued by some vested interests who seem to have got a license to kill innocent civilians and draw a sedistic pleasure out of it.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He urged upon the government to ensure that no civilian is killed, as loss of precious lives has vitiated the atmosphere in the valley, which has to be contained in the larger interest of the safety of the people and prevalence of peace
Bhat demanded an impartial probe at the highest level so that the culprits of these brutal killings are booked and brought to justice. (KNS)
