Kulgam, June 19 (KNS): In a significant step towards enhancing educational infrastructure and promoting a culture of learning, Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Kulgam Mohd Yousuf Tarigami today inaugurated a newly established Library-cum-Reading Room in the district.

The inaugural event was attended by DDC Chairperson Mohd Azfal, Deputy Commissioner Kulgam, and several senior officers from the district administration. The dignitaries jointly opened the facility, which is expected to serve as a vital hub for students, scholars, and readers across the region.

Speaking on the occasion, the MLA emphasized the importance of libraries in shaping young minds and fostering intellectual growth.
