Srinagar, Feb 02 (KNS) : Apni Party Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir on Monday called for immediate government intervention following a significant earthquake in North Kashmir, which he said caused substantial damage to residential and commercial structures.
In a post on social media platform X, the senior political figure highlighted the impact of the seismic event, stating, "Massive earthquake has caused damage to many residential houses and other buildings in north Kashmir.

Mir directly appealed to the administration, urging a swift official response. "Govt is requested to assess the losses caused by the earthquake," he stated, adding a demand for relief: "Further govt should compensate such sufferers." (KNS)
