Anantnag May 28 (KNS): Advocate Mir Imaad today welcomed the devotees of Mata Kheer Bhawani at Logripora in Anantnag.

He along with prominent local civil society members visited Mata Ragnya temple at Logripora Aishmuqam.

Imaad expressed gratitude to the Lt. Governor led district administration for proper arrangements of transportation, health, sanitation and other facilities made for the pilgrims at Logripora.

He said that “the annual mela is close to our hearts as it manifests the harmony and brotherhood”. The tradition of local Muslims doing their bit by assisting Kashmiri Pandit brethren in arrangements for the worship is a reflection of the strong bond between the communities”, he added.(KNS)
