Srinagar, Aug 24 (KNS): A delegation of Democratic Party (Nationalist) party that meet Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday called upon him to announce a special package for injured youth, direct the forces to stop pellet guns and vacate the forces from school buildings.
Talking to KNS over phone Chairman Democratic Party (Nationalist) Gh Hassan Mir said “I told the Home Minister to immediately start a dialogue over Kashmir as assured by the Prime Minister during a meeting with the opposition leaders of Jammu & Kashmir and carry the same to logical conclusions”.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelMir also claimed to have sought a special package for the youth injured by pellets and bullets in recent street protests in Kashmir during his meeting with the Home Minister.
He also said that among his other demands place before the home minister the stress was laid on the announcement of an economic package for the rehabilitation of the youth disabled in recent street protests, withdrawal of forces from school buildings and immediate stop of pellet guns and other lethal weapons used for crowd control policing in quelling protests in Kashmir.
