Kupwara Nov 20 (KNS): Two minor brothers were burnt to death after a house caught fire in Devar Loalb of North Kashmir’s Kupwar on Saturday late night.
Reports reaching to Kashmir News Service (KNS) said that the massive fire engulfed in the house of Mohmmad Akbar of Devar Lolab in which his two minor children identified as Amir (06) and Ziyan (02) were burnt alive.
Fire suddenly engulfed the entire house. Since the blaze was intense the family members, police and villagers tried to take them out but failed to rescue the minors, official said.
The Fire and Emergency reached to spot to douse the flames, however, it was too late to rescue the children since they were burnt to death, official said.
The police, army and officials of fire and emergency are on spot to douse the flames, official added.(KNS).
