Bandipora, Aug 20 (KNS) :A-18-month old girl was killed after a speedy school vehicle hit her in Lankreshipora area of North kashmir's Bandipora, officials said here Saturday.
An official said that the victim identified as Ajwa Rasheed daughter of Rasheed Ahmad a resident of Lankreshipora was critically injured after being hit by a school vehicle.
"After initial treatment at District Hospital Bandipora, she was shifted to Srinagar Hospital, but she succumbed to her injuries," he said.
Meanwhile Bandipora police has registered a case while investigation in this regard has been taken up. (KNS)
