Baramulla, September 23 (KNS): :A 13-year old boy drowned in river Jhelum while taking a bath in Boniyar area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday afternoon.
An eye witness said that the boy drowned while a taking a bath and his friends informed the nearby people and A few local youth jumped into the river to rescue the boy but couldn't spot him.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
He said that police and locals also reached to the spot and have launched a search operation to trace the body.
He identified him as Shahid Ahmad son of Late Noor Mohammad, a resident Khudalan,of Novshera Uri (KNS)
