Srinagar, Feb 28 (KNS): Additional Director General of Police Kashmir Zone, Vijay Kumar said the militant who killed Kashmiri Pandit Sanjay Sharma in Pulwama, has been killed in Awantipora encounter today morning.
Kashmir zone police while quoting ADGP Kumar said the militant killed in the encounter has been identified as Aqib Mushtaq Bhat of Pulwama.
"Aqib was an A category militant and was initially working with Hizbul Mujahideen, but nowadays was working with TRF. Killer of Sanjay Sharma neutralised," he said.
