Srinagar, Oct 20 (KNS): Senior National Conference leader and MLA Kangan has condemned the ink attack on Er Rashid in Delhi.

Describing attack on Rashid as undemocratic, Mian Altaf said that India cannot afford such things, as these are the reflection of intolerance and a move to undermine the democratic setup of the country. (KNS)
