Srinagar, June 28 (KNS): People’s Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday thanked the Army for taking action regarding sacrilege incident in Zadoora village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
In a Tweet, as per Kashmir News Service (KNS), Mehbooba Mufti said that only genuine accountability will restore trust between civilians and armed forces.
She said that Kashmir is the only place where Amarnath Yatra coincides with Eid.
“Thankful to @ChinarcorpsIA for taking swift action in the Zadoora incident. Only genuine accountability will restore trust between civilians & armed forces. Kashmir is the only state where a pilgrimage like Amarnath Yatra coincides with Eid. This is the spirit of Kashmiriyat,” she tweet. (KNS)
