Ramban, Jul 19 (KNS): Addressing a day long convention of party delegates in Banihal area of Ramzan district, PDP General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir along with senior PDP leaders said that Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has reached out to people at grass roots, without confining her government to the secretariat.
He said that PDP led government is value based and is aimed at providing succor to the suffering masses with transparent governance and balanced development of all regions.

Mir said that "PDP led coalition will address political, administrative and economic concerns of that state with proper restructuring”.
He said “the state was earlier exploited by NC-Congress on emotional slogans alone without keeping pace with the requirements of development and growth”.
