Jammu, Jan 25 (KNS): Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti has expressed grief over the passing away of Begum Khursheed Bakshi, noted educationist of yesteryears and wife of former Prime Minister, late Bakshi Ghulam Muhammad. Begum Bakshi passed away last evening at Srinagar.
