Srinagar, Apr 30 (KNS): Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti has conveyed her strong displeasure to BJP top brass through party's national General Secretary Ram Madhav who called on her at her Fairview residence at Gupkar Srinagar.
Top sources disclosed to KNS that Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti for the first time conveyed her strong displeasure to BJP's national General Secretary Ram Madhav during a meeting with him and asked BJP top leader to stop taking lame excuses on hostile actions like the conspiracy against PDP for one council seat and the controversial remarks of BJP President Amit Shah, Chander Prak Ganga and even Ram Madhav himself.
Though BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhav, according to sources, blamed media for misquoting BJP leaders including Party President Amit Shah, Ram Madhav himself and Chander Prakash Ganga but Chief Minister Mehbooba conveyed his strong negation to unfriendly posturing of BJP leadership.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
The other issues discussed at the meeting included bye elections for South Kashmir parliamentary constituency and measures required to handle street protests in Kashmir and protection of Kashmiri students in universities and colleges in other parts of the country.
Madhav, according to sources, assured the Chief Minister to convey her concerns to the BJP top brass and the concerned quarters in the central government. (KNS)
