Kupwara,12 April (KNS):To promote local talent with culture ethos and languages of Jammu, Kashmir and to provide a national platform to budding, artists, singers from frontier district of Kupwara 'Awami Welfare Forum' a recognized volunteer organization organized three day long mega audition for upcoming five short movie's  “Prove Your Acting Skilla” at Environment Hall Handwara.

During this audition, renowned artists from Mumbai based studio, "MAUSIQUZ Studio and veteran artist hailing from other areas were present during the three day-long audition to judge the selected artists.

In its endeavour to bring forth Kashmiri culture, singers and artists on a common platform to showcase rich cultural heritage of the Handwara area the forum shortlisted total 35 participant, including 13 female budding artists. 

Earlier, the volunteers had organized over a dozen talent hunt auditions in different areas of Kashmir using its own resources without charging any fees from the budding artists. 

The three-day long audition was held at Handwara environment Hall and concluded today on pleasant note. 
 
Zainab Mohi ud din convener of the three day grand audition, said their organization shall continue to conduct such more literary, cultural programs in the area to showcase hidden talent of the youth of the Kupwara district.(KNS)
