Srinagar, Mar 22 (KNS): The breakthrough on government formation is expected soon as the meeting between PDP president Mehbooba Mufti and Prime Minister Narendra Modi to end the political deadlock in the state is ongoing on New Delhi.
The meeting started at 10.35 this morning at 7RCR. Mehbooba was accompanied by PDP legislator and former state finance minister, Dr Haseeb Drabu.
Soon after her meeting with Modi, Mehbooba told reporters that the meeting was very positive and she will take the next step once she reaches Srinagar.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel
“I have called a Legislative Party meeting on Thursday to decide how to take next step forward. It is good that when you meet the prime minister of the country and talk positively about how to resolve the problems of the people facing Jammu and Kashmir,” she said. (KNS)
