Jammu, Jan 16 (KNS): The entire media boycotted the assembly proceedings after the post lunch session when Deputy Speaker Nazir Gurezi asked media not to report proceedings without the permission of Speaker/Deputy Speaker.
As soon as media heared Deputy Speaker announcing the ruling restricting them for reporting assembly proceedings, deputy speaker passed the ruling on restrictions over media the moment one NC MLA started fighting with Independent MLA Er Rashid immediately after he was marshalled out.
