Pattan, Dec 11 (KNS): A 48-year-old man was killed after being hit by a vehicle in Tapper area of Pattan in Baramulla district on Sunday afternoon.
Reports reaching to Kashmir News Service (KNS) said that a vehicle hit the man while he was trying to cross the road near Tapper area.
He said soon after the incident locals rushed the injured person to Trauma Hospital Pattan, where he was declared dead on arrival.
He has been identified as Ghulam Qadir Malik son of Haji Abdul Kareem Malik of Dawlatpora Kreeri.
Meanwhile, police have registered a case in this regard. (KNS)
