Indian and its stooges have broken all the records of oppression and human rights violations in Jammu Kashmir.
Brutal killings of more than hundred thousand Kashmiris, destruction of proprieties worth billions, attacks on the chastity of women, thousands of unmarked graves, arrest and torture of thousands and thousands, a blanket ban on peaceful political activities and above all the custodial disappearances of more than ten thousand people are all glaring example of human rights violations in Jammu Kashmir.
Sunday when international community is observing international disappearances day, more than ten thousand Kashmiris still remain absconding in custody by Indian forces and agencies. This was stated by the chairman JKLF Muhammad Yasin Malik in a statement issued on world disappearance day today. Yasin Malik who participated in a protest sit-in organized by APDP at Partap Park today said that world is observing the day of those who have been forcefully separated from their families by oppressive regimes and forces. He said that when anybody dies his family naturally gets consoled with time but if someone is disappeared forcefully and separated from his family, his family keeps looking for his whereabouts and thus the pain and agony for them is without an end. Yasin Malik said that because of these forced disappearances thousands of our sisters are named as half widows and the children of these disappeared do not know whether they are orphans or otherwise. The parents of these disappeared ones are in constant search for them and this psychological trauma has ruined these families. Yasin Malik said that international community has failed to fulfill its obligations regarding Kashmiris. Our human rights are being violated on a routine basis but no one seems to care.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp ChannelMore than ten thousand Kashmiris remain disappeared but international community seems to remain unconcerned. Yasin Malik said that even today thousands of innocent Kashmiris languish in jails, police stations and interrogation centers are filled with thousands of political prisoners, young boys and children who are languishing in various jails and police stations. Yasin Malik said that today a blanket ban has been imposed on all peaceful political activities. Youth are being arrested, humiliated and hence pushed to the wall. He said that these rulers must bear in mind that their oppression, suppression and tyrannical acts cannot force Kashmiris to surrender and that these inhuman acts actually increase our passion and enthusiasm for freedom.
